Sea Crackers
Ingredients
- 1 cup of flour (your choice)
- 1 cup of sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup of sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp. of Ulva flakes (self-made or store-bought)
- 3 tbsp. olive oil
- 500 ml water
- Note: You can replace sunflower or sesame seeds with other seeds, but do not replace the Ulva flakes.
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 160-180°C.
- In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients well. Adjust seasoning if necessary. Stop mixing when you get a thick batter forming .
- Pour half of the batter into a baking pan (optionally lined with baking paper) and spread evenly.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes. Remove from the oven and cut into squares.
- Return to the oven, adjusting the temperature to 140°C. Bake for an additional 30-45 minutes, or until the crackers are crisp and slightly brown. Be cautious not to burn them.
