Preserved Lemon with Ulva
Preserved lemon adds life to every dish, and Ulva adds color, health, and the aroma of the sea.
Ingredients
- 2 lemons
- A handful of Ulva
- ½ cup of salt
- 2 tsps. of smoked paprika
- ¼ cup of olive oil
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients (except for the oil) in a sterilized jar.
- Push the ingredients down into the jar as tightly as possible.
- Add the olive oil to prevent air to enter the mixture.
- Close the jar well and store in the refrigerator for at least one week.
