Fried Fresh Ulva
Crispy Ulva to be used in many dishes.
Ingredients
Olive oil for frying Fresh Ulva
Instructions
- Heat the oil to 160 ° C.
- Dry the Ulva seaweed to remove any excess water.
- Carefully add the Ulva to the hot oil a few leaves at a time. Make sure you cover the pan with a flat net to prevent the oil from splattering.
- When the Ulva dries and hardens, remove and place on paper towels.
- Repeat this process for the rest of the Ulva.
