Chicken Snacks With Ulva

This dish is very popular among children and teens.

Ingredients

  • Oil for deep frying 
  • 500  g. of chicken breast or boneless dark parts of the chicken 
  • 2  cups chopped fresh Ulva
  • 1 tbsp. finely chopped garlic
  • 1 tbsp. finely chopped ginger 
  • ¼ tsp. black pepper 
  • 3 tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce.
  • ¼  cup flour
  • ½  cup potato starch
  • 2 egg
  • 1 fresh lemon

Instructions

  1. Set aside the potato starch.
  2. Mix all the other ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate for a few hours, preferably 12 hours.
  3. After taking the mixture out of the refrigerator, heat the oil to 180° C.
  4. Coat each piece of chicken in the potato flour.
  5. Fry well until chicken pieces are a golden brown.
  6. Serve with fresh lemon.
