Chicken Snacks With Ulva
This dish is very popular among children and teens.
Ingredients
- Oil for deep frying
- 500 g. of chicken breast or boneless dark parts of the chicken
- 2 cups chopped fresh Ulva
- 1 tbsp. finely chopped garlic
- 1 tbsp. finely chopped ginger
- ¼ tsp. black pepper
- 3 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 tbsp soy sauce.
- ¼ cup flour
- ½ cup potato starch
- 2 egg
- 1 fresh lemon
Instructions
- Set aside the potato starch.
- Mix all the other ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate for a few hours, preferably 12 hours.
- After taking the mixture out of the refrigerator, heat the oil to 180° C.
- Coat each piece of chicken in the potato flour.
- Fry well until chicken pieces are a golden brown.
- Serve with fresh lemon.
