Bean noodles, Ulva pesto, and Beet
This recipe is ideal for a warm summer day and is easy to prepare.
Ingredients
- 200 g. dry bean noodles
- 1 cup Ulva pesto (see recipe)
- 1 tbsp of thin strips of beetroot as garnish
Instructions
- Soak the noodles in boiling water for about 10 minutes.
- Run through a strainer.
- Place the noodles in ice water until they have cooled off completely.
- Run through strainer.
- Divide the beans into portions.
- For each portion, add as much Ulva pesto as you wish and garnish with beetroot.
