Bean noodles, Ulva pesto, and Beet

This recipe is ideal for a warm summer day and is easy to prepare.

Ingredients

  • 200 g. dry bean noodles
  • 1 cup Ulva pesto (see recipe)
  • 1 tbsp of thin strips of beetroot as garnish 

Instructions

  1. Soak the noodles in boiling water for about 10 minutes.
  2. Run through a strainer.
  3. Place the noodles in ice water until they have cooled off completely.
  4. Run through strainer.
  5. Divide the beans into portions.
  6. For each portion, add as much Ulva pesto as you wish and garnish with beetroot.
