Sea Crackers

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of flour (your choice)
  • 1 cup of sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup of sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp. of Ulva flakes (self-made or store-bought)
  • 3 tbsp. olive oil
  • 500 ml water
  • Note: You can replace sunflower or sesame seeds with other seeds, but do not replace the Ulva flakes.

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 160-180°C.
  2. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients well. Adjust seasoning if necessary. Stop mixing when you get a thick batter forming     .
  3. Pour half of the batter into a baking pan (optionally lined with baking paper) and spread evenly.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Remove from the oven and cut into squares.
  5. Return to the oven, adjusting the temperature to 140°C. Bake for an additional 30-45 minutes, or until the crackers are crisp and slightly brown. Be cautious not to burn them.
