Peeled Shrimp With Ulva and Garlic

Ingredients

  • ½ kg shrimp, peeled and cleaned
  •  4tbsp olive oil 
  • 50g. butter
  •  2cloves of finely chopped garlic 
  • 1 cup of finely chopped fresh Ulva
  • Salt and pepper as desired
  • Juice of 1 orange 
  • 1 tbsp corn starch

Instructions

  1. Set aside the potato starch.
  2. Place the oil and butter in a deep-frying pan and melt the butter.
  3. After the butter has melted, add the fresh Ulva. Because the oil can splatter, it is advisable to cover the pan with a net or lid. After five minutes, add the shrimp. Stir-fry until the shrimp changes color to pink.
  4. Add the spices.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix the orange juice and cornstarch. Mix well to prevent lumps. Add to the frying pan and stir until a smooth and uniform texture is obtained.
  6. Serve either hot or cold.
