Crispy Ulva to be used in many dishes.

Olive oil for frying Fresh Ulva

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil to 160 ° C.
  2. Dry the Ulva seaweed to remove any excess water.
  3. Carefully add the Ulva to the hot oil a few leaves at a time. Make sure you cover the pan with a flat net to prevent the oil from splattering.
  4. When the Ulva dries and hardens, remove and place on paper towels.
  5. Repeat this process for the rest of the Ulva.
