Ulva Rice

Rice and Ulva are two basic ingredients that go together really well!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped dried Ulva.
  • 2 cups short-grain rice
  • 3 cups water (1.5 cups of water per cup of rice)
  • 2-3 tbs. olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a pan.
  2. Fry the onions until it is caramelized.
  3. Add Ulva, rice, water, and salt and mix together.
  4. Cook for 20 minutes on a low-to-medium heat (depending on your specific equipment). Keep covered for another 15 minutes.
