Ulva Rice
Rice and Ulva are two basic ingredients that go together really well!
Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped dried Ulva.
- 2 cups short-grain rice
- 3 cups water (1.5 cups of water per cup of rice)
- 2-3 tbs. olive oil
- 1 onion
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a pan.
- Fry the onions until it is caramelized.
- Add Ulva, rice, water, and salt and mix together.
- Cook for 20 minutes on a low-to-medium heat (depending on your specific equipment). Keep covered for another 15 minutes.
