Chicken, Cucumber, and Been Noodles Wrapped in Rice Paper
This dish is a classic for hot summer days!
Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh Ulva
 - 4 sheets of rice paper
 - 300 g. steamed chicken breast
 - 1 large cucumber
 - 2 cups of precooked bean noodles
 - dipping sauce of your choice, such as soy sauce with lemon, peanut butter sauce, or ketchup (for kids)
 
Instructions
- Shred the chicken breast.
 - Mix all the ingredients, except for the rice paper.
 - Dip one sheet of rice paper at a time in water and place it on a cutting board.
 - Place the filling in the center of the rice sheet. Wait a few seconds until the rice sheet softens and is flexible. Wrap the filling with the rice sheet.
 - Place the wraps on a slightly oiled tray. Make sure the wraps are not touching one another, since they might stick together.
 - It is recommended to eat the wraps as soon as possible. Dip in the sauce of your choice.
